Mr Ndiwa Mutelo
Mr Ndiwa Mutelo Chairperson
Ndiwa Mutelo has over 17 years of experience in Evaluation in both the public and privet sectors. He is currently working as Principle Evaluation officer at the road development Agency and at the World Bank’s funded project, improved Rural connectivity (IRCP) Project as an M&E Specialist.
Mr Francis Chipasha
Mr Francis Chipasha Vice Chairperson
Francis Chipasha is currently working as a Planner in the Directorate of Health Policy and Planning at Ministry of Health were he focuses on coordinating bilateral and multilateral activities. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in demography with economics and has a certificate in Project Management for Development in International Organizations.
Mr Victor Kabwe

Victor Kabwe is currently the Senior Strategic Information Advisor at the US Embassy –PEPFAR Coordination Office. He has over 10 years’ experience in developing M&E systems, project management and coordination of qualitative and quantitative research. He has a masters degree in Population Studies.
Ms Brenda Mwanza

Brenda Mwanza is currently the Monitoring And Evaluation Specialist at Peace Corps Zambia. She has a Master’s degree in Public Health and a degree in Development Studies. She has over 13 years of M&E experience working with USAID and CDC projects in Zambia and South Africa, and is experienced in the implementation of data quality assessments and data quality improvement plans.
Mr. Million Phiri

Mr. Million Phiri is currently working at University of Zambia in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences as a lecturer. He has over 9 years of professional experience in teaching M&E, designing M&E systems and frameworks, analysing M&E data and population based research in Zambia.
Ms Mwaka M. Kaponda

Mwaka M. Kaponda currently works as a project coordinator for UNICEF. She has five (5) years’ experience in the monitoring and evaluation and public health field. She has a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Pretoria and has previously served as focal point M&E for two PEPFAR funded projects at the Grants Research Management Centre, University of Zambia School of Medicine and has previously worked with CIDRZ.

Bechani Mwanza is a business Administrator by profession currently working with Chakaka Construction as Head of Administration and Planning with over 8 years capacity in Construction, Monitoring and implementation of key objectives and result approach.
Mr Gift J.L. Sitenge
Mr Gift J.L. Sitenge Committee Member
Gift J.L. Sitenge is currently serving as Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor for FHI 360 supporting the Ministry of Health National TB Program in developing and implementing high-quality systems for the collection, reporting and analysis of data that can inform TB program performance. Gift is an Economist with over 9 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation supporting programs in Education, HIV/AIDS, TB and related Public Health issues. He has outstanding leadership and management skills, result oriented and he is always interested in providing capacity building in data management.
Mr Clement Raphael Banda
Mr Clement Raphael Banda Committee Member
Clement has been a Monitoring and Evaluation practitioner for about five years mostly in area of improving rural livelihoods. He is currently working for an international NGO, Self Help Africa(SHA) as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer responsible for overall M&E function of the organisation in Zambia. In this capacity, he has developed M&E plans, led baselines, impact assessments and end of project evaluations. He holds a BA in Development Studies (Demography minor) from the University of Zambia(UNZA). He has a postgraduate certificate in Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation also from the UNZA. He is a level II Individual Household Method(IHM) practitioner. The IHM is a detailed household economy assessment.
Mr Isaiah Nzima

Isaiah Nzima is a seasoned non-profit Monitoring and Evaluation specialists with 11 years of experience in developing and implementing country level Monitoring and Evaluation systems; designing and executing community Development projects; child sponsorship project development; multimillion dollar grant proposal development; Evaluations design, implementation and overall qualitative and Quantitative data collection protocals. He possess over 5 years of senior leadership experience (mainly technical leadership) for non-profit organizations. Currently, Isaiah works with World Vision International as a National Design, Monitoring, Evaluation and Strategy lead based at World Vision Mozambique.
